Birria y Más is a family-owned food truck in Ocala, FL, proudly serving up authentic recipes straight from Abe’s mother’s kitchen in Mexico — with Abe’s mom herself behind the grill every weekend.
From cheesy, dippable birria tacos to bold Mexican street food favorites, everything we serve is made from scratch with love, tradition, and a whole lot of flavor.
You’ll usually find us parked on SE Maricamp Road, where our family is cooking for yours. Come by and say hello — and don’t be surprised if Abe’s mom hands you the best taco you’ve ever had.
